I will make a presentation at the U.S. Army War College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, on Effective Trends and Emergent Strategies in Distance Education on 31 October.

A few years ago, most of the staff conducting distance education at the College participated in my course, Training on the Internet, delivered through Penn State. Hard-working good group of instructors.
