Off to St. Louis...

St. Louis ArchRose Baker and I are off to St. Louis, Missouri, from 9 through 11 January to attend the BRAC Workforce Summit. BRAC stands for base reallocation and closing. The "bases" are U.S. domestic military bases. The conference is sponsored by the the Employment and Training Administration of the U.S. Department of Labor, the International Economic Development Council, and the Association of Defense Communities. It looks as though about 600 people will attend this meeting.
